No other weight loss strategy is more effective in the long term than a sensible, informed and independent approach. eDiets offers the most comprehensive program for just such a strategy. The prepackaged meals of eDiets Express are definitely convenient and helpful in dealing with controlling your portion size, but such a strategy often fails to prepare the dieter for food preparation once the diet ends. Therefore, the key to the success of this diet is the transitional period where the dieter goes from prepackaged to regular, prepared meals. Unless you plan on eating prepackaged indefinitely, which is great if that's what works for you.
We still think the basic, inexpensive eDiets plan is the most sensible commercial weight loss plan, but if you don't cook or convenience is really important, then eDiets Express is a good choice.
