How Does It Work?
The TrimKids plan at eDiets helps parents learn how to help their kids practice healthier habits through a 12 week program using fun, low-pressure techniques. Registration includes calculation of a child's BMI (Body Mass Index) and risk level. Meal plans, recipes and grocery lists are also included. The plans are adjusted as needed as parents log progress details online.Who Is It Good For?
